Web: create your account
1) Go to Sign in (top right).
2) Select Create account (or Continue with Apple/Google if you prefer).
3) Enter your first and last name, email, and a password.
- Password tips: at least 8 characters, include a letter and a number.
4) Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm.
5) You’re in—look for Account > Orders and Account > Addresses to manage your details.
Mobile (if available)
- The steps are the same. Use the menu icon to find Sign in, then Create account.
Social login (optional)
- You can use Apple or Google to create and sign in. If you ever switch to email-and-password later, use “Forgot password” to set a password for the same email.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t get the verification email? Check spam/junk, search for “Lili’s Sushi,” or resend the link from the sign-in page. Give it a couple of minutes.
- “Email already in use”: You may already have an account from a past order. Choose Forgot password to set a new password.
- Social login not working: Make sure pop-ups are allowed and you’re signed into Apple/Google in your browser. You can always create an account with email instead.
Privacy & security
We don’t ask for full card numbers or passwords over chat or email. Update sensitive info only on secure account pages.
